[Admin] 在administrator上下commant做資料庫壓縮

e.g.: ap\office\ap100.nsf
load compact -c ap\office\ap100.nsf

先在Server>Database Users>做資料庫的使用者踢除，
再下commant執行
若遇需使用系統，則要暫停指令的執行，在Server>Server Tasks，點選右鍵"Stop Task"
